Coaching

Allium delivers tailored leadership coaching and development programs to help individuals, teams and groups build on strengths and increase their capacity for effective, healthy and sustainable ways of working. As principal coach at Allium, Cathy Robinson is supported by experienced and credentialed associates to offer individual and team/group coaching programs. Our coaches take a deep, wide and intensive approach to meeting our clients where they are now and guiding them to where they want and need to be.

Leadership Coaching

We help leaders “see” their blind spots, so they have more capacity to reach what matters to them, to their teams and to their organizations.

Team & Group Coaching

We coach intact teams and action learning groups (coaching circles) to fuels development and growth for the individual and the group, strengthen innovation in problem-solving, and accelerate impacts and results.

Conflict Coaching

It happens: workplace conflicts that can spread like a virus through an organization, threatening productivity and culture. We work with the pair/group in conflict to reduce tensions, increase understanding and restore peace.

“Coach is In”

Good for large teams, we provide an experienced and qualified coach for in-the-moment coaching support. Whether a sounding board for problem-solving, a mirror to increase self-awareness or a prep session for a big meeting, we offer this service on-site or by phone or video conference.

Life Coaching

We support individuals, couples, siblings and parent/older child pairs with support and guidance through life challenges and transitions. We also offer coaching circles to adults facing similar issues—such as challenges with young adult children, easing into retirement, relationship breakups and bringing creativity into everyday life.

We also mentor other coaches to help them hone their skills and refresh their methods, tools and processes.

Once we have truly understood your needs, considered and challenged assumptions, and developed a shared vision of your goals and desired results, then we suggest an approach, a method, a plan. We prefer to suggest rather than advise. Through collaboration with us, you will know which suggestions to put into action. And then we deliver.
