Allium Consulting Group Inc. provides leadership coaching, facilitation and consulting services to public, not-for-profit and private sector organizations. Once we have truly understood your needs, considered and challenged assumptions, and developed a shared vision of your goals and desired results, then we suggest an approach, a method, a plan. We prefer to suggest rather than advise. Through collaboration with us, you will know which suggestions to put into action. And then we deliver.

We Collaborate.

We work with you—and we are for you. We want you to succeed. In fact, everything we do is for you: from caring, to listening, enquiring, challenging and suggesting. As coaches and facilitators, we are trained and have years of experience in co-creating. We don’t want our work to be a mystery. We want to hand off a project with the skills to keep it moving.
